- If your appliance is no longer under the manufacturer’s warranty, and you purchased a service plan, please contact your service plan company. Do NOT proceed with this Servicer Finder tool since your service plan may not cover the repair and you could be financially responsible for the repair. They will help you find an authorized servicer.
Thermador Factory Service Repairs: If your appliance meets the requirements as outlined in the manufacturer’s warranty (found in your owner manual), your repair will be covered. If those requirements are not met, you will be charged a flat rate of $179, which includes 30 minutes of diagnosis time. Any diagnosis going past 30 minutes will be charged according to the labor fee mentioned below. The technician will provide a repair estimate so you can decide if you want to proceed with the repair. The estimate will include the labor fee ($20 for every 6 minutes) and a parts charge (if used in the repair).
- If you want to proceed with the repair, you will be charged $179 for the diagnosis (up to 30 minutes) and the amount on the repair estimate. For example, after the 30 minute diagnosis, a 36 minute repair with a $10 part would be $179 flat rate + $120 labor fee + $10 part = $309 plus any applicable taxes. Please note: Payment is expected on the day of the service visit via credit card or check. The tech must have an actual, physical credit card or check to process the payment on the day of the visit.
- If you do NOT want to proceed with the repair, you will only be charged the flat rate of $179 (which includes 30 minutes of diagnosis) plus any applicable taxes. Any diagnosis going past 30 minutes will be charged according to the labor fee mentioned above.

After you book a service visit online, you will receive a confirmation email. Thermador’s technical department will review the information you provided and prepare for your service visit. The technician will call you the night before or the morning of the appointment to discuss a more specific arrival time.
During the day of the appointment, please be ready to show your appliance’s Proof of Purchase. The technician will need to determine warranty coverage.
You can reschedule and cancel your appointment with the "Reschedule" and "Cancel" links found on the service visit confirmation email.
Payment for service visits booked with Thermador Factory Service: A flat rate of $179 will be collected at the first service visit, it includes 30 minutes of diagnosis time. Any diagnosis going past 30 minutes will be charged according to the labor fee. The labor fee ($20 for every 6 minutes) and any parts charges will be collected after your appliance has been repaired. If it takes several visits to repair your appliance, the labor fee and parts charge will be collected at the last service visit. Payment can be made by credit card or check. The tech must have an actual, physical credit card or check to process the payment.

We only use original Thermador parts. This means if you need a part replaced, it will be of the same like and quality as the original part.
No, you cannot purchase a plan for your appliance after a repair.
