Thermador 5 year Warranty* Terms and Conditions

1) Customer must buy a complete ONE-TWO-FREE® qualifying Kitchen Package - a package must include appliances from cooling and cooking categories - to qualify for the 5 year Warranty*.

2) Buying only cooking OR cooling products by itself does NOT qualify the individual products for a 5 year Warranty*.

3) Consumer must register their appliances via Thermador 5 Year Warranty Registration, using valid serial numbers.

Please do NOT register on MyThermador Account, for 5 year Warranty.

4) Customer must provide a copy of the purchase invoice/sales invoice. Retain your purchase invoice/sales invoice/proof of purchase for the duration of the warranty.

5) All other ONE-TWO-FREE® terms and conditions apply.

6) Does not include floor / discontinued / builder / B grade inventory.

7) Customer must register the products within 1 month (30 days) of delivery to qualify for the 5 year Warranty*.

8) Customer must purchase between January 2, 2023 and November 30, 2023, and take delivery before December 31, 2023.

10) Accessories are not included in this offer.

11) The warranty offer is not retroactive to any purchases made before January 2, 2023.

ONE-TWO-FREE® Offers with 5 year Warranty* PROMOTION:

Buy a Thermador appliance package in a single transaction from a participating authorized retailer between January 2, 2023 and November 30, 2023 to qualify for the 5 year Warranty*. The products must be delivered before December 31, 2023. The consumer has 30 days from date of delivery to register their products in order to qualify for the 5 year Warranty*.

Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise advised.

WHO CAN ENTER

This promotion is only open to Canada, residents 18 years and over. This promotion is not open to trade (commercial) or wholesale customers, and does not apply to floor models, B-grade stock, Builder models  or discontinued models.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The promotion commences on January 2, 2023 until November 30, 2023.

HOW TO ENTER

Each new Thermador appliance comes with a two year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. Purchase any qualifying appliance package from a participating retailer during the Promotional Period and register your products online within 30 days of delivery to extend your two year manufacturer's warranty by an additional three years under the same terms and conditions. Qualifying Thermador Appliances

This promotional offer is available on eligible Thermador products, purchased in a ONE-TWO-FREE® package, on the same invoice, from an authorized Thermador dealer in Canada. A package must include products from the following categories: cooking, refrigeration and dishwashers. Floor models, Builder sales, B-Grade, discontinued, or open box products do not qualify for this promotion.

The additional three year limited manufacturers warranty is not exchangeable or transferable for cash, and is appliacble on the qualifying kitchen package only, and may not be transferred to any subsequent owner.

Customer must register all their qualifying kitchen products online at www.thermador.ca. Claimants must agree to the full terms and conditions on the online registration form and supply the information marked as mandatory, including providing proof of purchase.

When registering your claim you must supply the following information:

a) Contact details - name (which must match the customer name on the proof of purchase), address, and daytime contact phone number. BSH Home Appliances  accepts NO responsibility for a claimant submitting incorrect details.

b) Product model(s) & serial number(s) of your qualifying product(s)

c) Copy of your proof of purchase - a receipt or sales invoice indicating date of purchase, store (including address) invoice number, details of qualifying products including model number, the price paid (excluding any additional charges eg warranty costs) and total invoice amount.

GENERAL

BSH Home Appliances accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, misdirected or illegible registration forms. Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable registration forms will be deemed invalid. BSH reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of registrations and registrants (including a registrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any person who submits a registration form that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the registration process. Failure by BSH to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

BSH may, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disqualify any registrant or modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion. The decision of BSH is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Any cost associated with accessing the thermador.ca website is the registrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

EXCEPT FOR ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW, BSH HOME APPLIANCES (INCLUDING ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS) EXCLUDES ALL LIABILITY (INCLUDING FOR NEGLIGENCE), FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY; OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE (INCLUDING LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY); WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE PROMOTION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WHERE ARISING OUT OF THE FOLLOWING: (A) ANY TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES OR EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTION (WHETHER OR NOT UNDER THE PROMOTER'S CONTROL); (B) ANY THEFT, UNAUTHORISED ACCESS OR THIRD PARTY INTERFERENCE; (C) ANY REGISTRATION FORM THAT IS LATE, LOST, ALTERED, DAMAGED OR MISDIRECTED (WHETHER OR NOT AFTER RECEIPT BY THE PROMOTER); (D) ANY TAX LIABILITY INCURRED BY A REGISTRANT; OR (E) PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION.

BSH Home Appliances collects personal information in order to conduct the warranty promotion, and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, suppliers, or use such information to contact the registrant in relation to this promotion. Receipt of the additional warranty term is conditional on providing this information. In addition, if the registrant checks the relevant box, the Promoter may use the registrant's personal information for the purposes specified at the time of collection. Registrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All claims become the property of BSH.

BSH may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of Canada.
