Pickled Cauliflower

Pickled Cauliflower

Yield: 1 Mason Jar

1 cup Sugar

2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar

1 cup Water

2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Coriander

1 tsp Whole Pepper

1 tsp Whole Mustard Seed

1 Cinnamon Stick

3 Whole Cloves

1 head of Cauliflower, cut into florets


Place vinegar, salt, water and sugar in a pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Remove after 3 minutes of boiling. In a mason jar or a variation of glass jar add the cauliflower florets, spices and top with the vinegar mixture. Cover the jar and let cool until room temperature. Place in fridge and leave over night. Ready to use next day, save pickling liquid for another batch of pickling when finished.
