Grilled Figs w/ Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients:

10 semi-ripe figs
sea salt & fresh cracked black pepper
1cup balsamic vinegar

Method:

In a small pot reduce balsamic vinegar by half, allow to cool.

Pre-heat BBQ or grill pan to high. Grill figs for one minute a side or until char marks appear and remove from heat source.

Remove and serve warm with ice cream, mint sprigs or even by itself.
