Fennel, Dill & Red Pepper Salad

Chardonnay, White Burgundy

Ingredients:

1 cup thinly sliced fennel
1 red pepper, de-seeded/julienned
2 tbsp chopped dill
1 tbsp whole grain Dijon
1 tsp chopped capers
5 sun dried tomatoes, julienned
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey

Method:

Combine all ingredients and allow to sit overnight. Eat salad on its own or top seafood dishes with it.
