Mother's Day Morning Fruit Salad




1/2 cups strawberries (quartered)
1/2 cup of green seedless grapes (halved)
1/2 cup peaches (sliced)
1/2 cup plums (sliced)
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup orange segments
1/2 kiwi (sliced)
1/2 tbsp fresh orange juice
1 large mint leaves (chopped)
1 tbsp Greek yogurt
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients except for the yogurt and mint in a bowl and gently mix. Top with a dollop of the yogurt and the mint. An easy way to surprise Mom the morning of Mother's Day. Also, do not be limited to the fruits here, use what you have.

Tip: Kick it up a notch with a tsp or 2 or Grand Marnier!
