Cranberry Sauce

Cranberry Sauce


¼ cup fresh orange juice
¼ cup 100 percent cranberry juice
1 cup honey
4 cups fresh cranberries
1 cinnamon stick

Combine orange juice, cranberry juice and honey in a saucepan over medium high heat. Once the mixture reaches a boil reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add cranberries and cook for 15 minutes until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and allow to cool before serving.
