Keffir Lime & Honey-Mustard Glazed Salmon Steaks


Four 6-8 oz salmon steaks (3/4”)
¼ cup honey Dijon
12-16 keffir lime leaves
1 tbsp garlic puree
1 tbsp lemon zest

Combine Dijon, garlic puree and lemon zest together. Brush each steak with mixture and season with salt and pepper to your liking. Place the salmon steaks in a tray lined with parchment paper. Place 3-4 keffir lime leaves on top of the steaks and place in Thermador steam oven rack level 3. Set mode to Convection/Steam 210F and cook for 7 min. Remove to cook and serve with your favourite side and vegetables.
